Kate has always said that she wanted to play basketball. She was so happy to finally get the chance to play! Unfortunately I learned a valuable lesson this year-children cannot miss ANY practices when learning the skills needed to play the game. One sleepover birthday party and it was all over-the basketball train had left without her and once she realized that she was behind-she was not going back. Now we are going to try T-Ball. We will let you know!
